Transfer decorated with floral garlands and green ribbons and hand gilded
Nice condition - no damage aside from some very light utensil marks on center bottom
See photos of marks - COPELAND double C blue mark, impressed D and a little something below that that I cannot make out, and decorators mark, and a lower case initial g.
